What is Clinical Supervision?
Clinical supervision is used by professionals working in counselling, psychotherapy, nursing and other Professional disciplines and is conducted usually within a clinical setting.
Clinical supervision can involve groups or individuals seeking to explore the problems and dynamics generated in their place of work by their colleagues and/or clients.
I have used the forum of clinical supervision to work with multi-disciplinary teams, in psychiatric, forensic and addiction settings with trainees and senior staff teams.
