My clients recognise that they need help and support to challenge negative  behaviour, face fears, anxieties and stressful events in their life. It could be any one thing or event or a combination of several.  In order to find balance, answers, coping strategies, control over their own life, they wish to make changes which can give them the positive outcome they seek and obtain a balanced holistic approach to their life.

I provide the tools, structure and support every step of the way. I will work with you to discover and use your strengths, talents, and assets. The psychotherapeutic journey can feel exciting, but can also be extremely challenging.

The process of your therapy will be to resolve problematic behaviours, beliefs, feelings, experiences, relationship issues, and/or somatic responses (sensations in the body).
